We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, particularly focusing on JavaScript, and gain valuable experience in the software development field.

Job Description: As a Software Engineer Intern at Avantsum, you will collaborate with our experienced development team to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our Laboratory Information Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript, and experience with ExtJS is preferred. Proficiency in Git is also essential for effective collaboration within our development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and implementation of user-friendly and efficient web applications using JavaScript.
2. Collaborate with the development team to integrate and maintain ExtJS components within our software solutions.
3. Contribute to the development and optimization of our Laboratory Information Management Systems.
4. Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
5. Work closely with senior developers to learn and apply best practices in software development.
6. Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a computer science or related degree program.
2. Experience with JavaScript.
3. Experience with ExtJS or a different framework is a plus.
4. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch
